Privacy statement

Sneljewebsiteonline (a trade name of Stolk Expertise) is the controller for the personal data processed through our website and services.

We never use your data to send commercial offers from third parties or for profiling.

We only share your data with third parties where necessary to provide our services:

We have data processing agreements or equivalent arrangements in place with all processors except Anthropic. For Anthropic, its own terms of service and privacy policy apply, without a separate data processing agreement. Anthropic is based in the US, so data we process with Claude goes to the US. Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy policy. We never see your full payment details. Messages via WhatsApp run through Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API. Meta decrypts the messages there to deliver them to us, so they are not end-to-end encrypted between you and us. Meta processes the content of the messages, your phone number and delivery data.

• Your personal links (intake, follow-up questions, preview, payment link, brand book and changes) use a unique code that only you receive
• Every night we make an encrypted backup of our database and files
• Access to customer data is limited to the owner of Sneljewebsiteonline
• We only work with trusted, certified hosting and payment partners

Under the GDPR (AVG) you have the following rights:

• Access: you can ask which data we hold about you
• Rectification: you can have incorrect data corrected
• Erasure: you can ask us to delete your data, unless we are legally required to keep it
• Restriction: you can ask us to temporarily restrict processing
• Portability: you can request your data in a readable format
• Objection: you can object to processing based on legitimate interest

If you have a complaint, you can lodge it with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

We do not use advertising cookies and do not show ads. Google Analytics is configured in a privacy friendly way, following the guidance of the Dutch Data Protection Authority: a data processing agreement with Google is in place, and data sharing and advertising features are switched off. Functional cookies and privacy friendly statistics do not require a cookie banner.

We may change this privacy statement. The most recent version is always available at sneljewebsiteonline.nl/privacy. If we make significant changes, we will inform active customers by email.
