Privacy statement

This is an English translation of our Dutch privacy statement. If the two versions differ, the Dutch version prevails.
1. Who we are
Sneljewebsiteonline (a trade name of Stolk Expertise) is the controller for the personal data processed through our website and services.

2. What data we process
When you take out a subscription (via Stripe):
- Name
- Email address
- Payment details (processed by Stripe. We never see your full payment details)
- Chosen package
When you fill in the intake form:
- Name and company name
- Email address and phone number
- Address details (shown on your website)
- Company description, logo and photos
- Preferred domain name
When you use the contact form:
- Name and email address
- The content of your message
Technical data (automatic):
- IP address (anonymous, via our hosting provider)
- Browser type and operating system
- Pages visited and time of visit
3. What we use your data for

We never use your data to send commercial offers from third parties or for profiling.
4. How long we keep your data

5. Third parties and processors
We only share your data with third parties where necessary to provide our services:

We have data processing agreements or equivalent arrangements in place with all processors. Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy policy. We never see your full payment details.
6. Security
- All connections are secured with SSL/TLS
- Intake links are protected with a digital signature (time limit of 30 days)
- Access to customer data is limited to the owner of Sneljewebsiteonline
- We only work with trusted, certified hosting and payment partners
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR (AVG) you have the following rights:
- Access: you can ask which data we hold about you
- Rectification: you can have incorrect data corrected
- Erasure: you can ask us to delete your data, unless we are legally required to keep it
- Restriction: you can ask us to temporarily restrict processing
- Portability: you can request your data in a readable format
- Objection: you can object to processing based on legitimate interest
To make a request, contact us at info@sneljewebsiteonline.nl. We respond within 30 days.
If you have a complaint, you can lodge it with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

We do not use advertising cookies and do not show ads. Google Analytics is configured in a privacy friendly way, following the guidance of the Dutch Data Protection Authority: a data processing agreement with Google is in place, and data sharing and advertising features are switched off. Functional cookies and privacy friendly statistics do not require a cookie banner.
9. Changes
We may change this privacy statement. The most recent version is always available at sneljewebsiteonline.nl/privacy. If we make significant changes, we will inform active customers by email.
